Saveet's interest in dentistry has led her across the globe: from working as a dental assistant in her native Canada, to India, where she earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, to earning her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and even to Botswana, Africa where she offered dental screenings to impoverished children at a rural orphanage.
 

She also completed a one year general practice residency in New York at the New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital where she had the pleasure of working in the urgent care department offering emergency care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
 

Saveet has a very pleasant disposition and takes pride in being able to put people at ease.  She enjoys developing personable relationships with her patients by getting to know them, taking the time to listen to their concerns, answering their questions in an easy-to-comprehend manner, and providing specific and effective treatment.
 

In her spare time, Saveet enjoys spending time with her husband and family.  She and her husband Nachiketa, an artist/photographer, both enjoy going to art galleries, working out at the gym, and cooking together – although Saveet admits her husband is the better chef of the two!
